I came to Charlotte for stress management.  It was causing me to drink more alcohol as a method of coping.  The sessions were so relaxing and after the sessions I felt incredibly calm and in control.  The feeling of positivity remained with me and my sleep improved.  The sessions had an increasingly positive impact on my life, equipping me with skills to revisit to keep the feelings of control between sessions.  There is also a recording that you can listen to before bed, which is excellent. I would definitely recommend  the practice.  I will revisit Charlotte again for top up sessions should the need arise! She is amazing.
