FREE Initial Consultation I am more than happy to arrange an Initial Consultation with you over the phone, whereby we can discuss what help you are looking for and you have the opportunity to ask me any questions. This is by phone only and up to 15 minutes.
Consultation– £65 (Up to 60 minutes). Your consultation is a chance for us to meet and discuss the changes that you would like to make to your life. I will gather information from you and I can explain more about Solution Focused Therapy to how I can help you on your journey towards your best hopes. We can discuss the best way forward, how many sessions we can expect to be working together, and give you the chance to ask any questions. You will also be given a FREE MP3 download to listen to at home which will enable you to start to create change immediately. (Online or or face-2-face). In addition I will be including the empowering information on the mind (psychotherapy) to how and why you feel, and/or behave as you do, and I can give you some strategies to begin to create change right away.
Parent Consultation-£75 (up to 75 minutes) For all parents/carers of young people under 18years, a consultation is required with the parent ONLY. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your young person/child and where I can explain how their mind works in relation to how they are behaving/feeling. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions and we can discuss strategies to use at home. Although my confidentially is to my client (your young person/child) I do work closely with you as the parent/carer to monitoring progress. We will also agree upon the best way forward in regards to sessions for your young person/child.
Please be reassured that I do have a duty of care to all my clients in regards to safeguarding, and if I am given any cause for concern that will be acted upon.
Following your consultation each session of general therapy is charged at:
Age 7-Year 11– £60 (45-60 minutes)
Year 12-Adults– £70 (up to 60 minutes)
Additional therapy:
Trauma Therapy: using MUSS REWIND (PTSD/Trauma/Fear/Phobia)– £85 per session (Between 1- 3 sessions of 75 minutes)
Relationship/Couples Therapy: Talking Therapy Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)– £90 (60-75 minutes-no consultation required)
Smoking/Vaping Cessation – £210 (up to 120 minutes no consultation required)
Weight Management-A Mindset Approach– £240 (X2 120 minute 1-1 workshop sessions-no consultation required) £300 for 2-1 session with 2-3 weeks between each session)
A Payment link is sent via text or email on booking and is to be paid in full within 24hrs of receiving the payment link. The link will expire after 24hrs and the session will be released, and you will need to make contact to rearrange your session. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been made.
