“The session we had with you on the mind was quite different to the other sessions we had attended (NHS, private classes and hypnobirthing) that didn’t go into similar territory. Other sessions predominately focused on the physical act of giving birth, the hospital, what to bring and after birth e.g. feeding changing etc. None of them went into what we feel, our emotions and expectations, and how to manage our thoughts, breathing and communication.
