I spoke with Charlotte as I had been struggling to get any quality sleep for a number of years and I was running out of ideas on how to improve my sleeping (having tried all the usual ways). Charlotte suggested that I have a free and no obligation consultation with her, so she could determine if she may be able to help. I must admit I was sceptical, but felt that getting better sleep was needed and was willing to give it a go. Following the free consultation, Charlotte explained that she felt she could help me, as well as why she thought this and how she could do it. In short, this was a form of 'trance' to help me change my mind-set and allow me to properly relax and gain more (and better) sleep, as well as improving other aspects of my life such as decision making and control. Once again I was sceptical of this, I've never really believed in hypnotherapy or even heard of this 'trance' method. I am pleased to say that after session 3, it was becoming clear that not only was I starting to sleep better and for longer, but I was getting up earlier and felt more energetic. This trend continued until after about 7 or 8 sessions, when Charlotte said that she felt I didn't need any more sessions but if I ever felt I needed more help, to give her a call. Two months since the sessions ended, I am still sleeping better and haven’t needed to call (but know I can if I need to). Thank you Charlotte, as improving my sleep has benefited my life in so many other ways.
