Insomnia and confidence

Insomnia and confidence

I heard about Charlotte from a friend who also suffers from insomnia. I have two special needs children and on a day-to-day basis we cope, but it would be lovely to have a full night’s sleep. I had heard of hypnotherapy before and had heard about smoking cessation and weight loss via it; I went just wanting to feel a little happier and more accepting of my situation. Charlotte introduced self-esteem boosts and relaxation techniques that allowed me to go off to sleep with fewer worries. Within the first two sessions I noticed I had to be woken by the alarm. I went on a weekend with friends and they mentioned that I was usually the first one awake on previous breaks but they we having to wake me and that my sleep was very deep. I often woke feeling exhausted in the past, and routinely found I had just drifted off to sleep when it was time to get up. All that has now changed. I feel brighter about the future, now more confident when I go into SEN meetings about the children; more positive and in control of meetings. I used to be overwhelmed with different terminology and now I am in charge of me again for the first time in ages. If you just need a boost, need to learn to relax or begin believe in yourself and what you can achieve; I would recommend seeing Charlotte. The sessions are very relaxing in a chilled atmosphere where you can lose yourself for an hour or so. My autistic son also sees her for back massages; he is 13 and this allows him chill time and helps with his anger management and self-esteem. Why not try it for yourself and see what you can achieve?
